Cindy Sherman

For my personality shot, I was originally going to be in a forest but there hasn't been enough warm days for me to be able to do that so I ended up doing it in my room with a white sheet as my back drop.  I splatted bright coloured paint on a white shirt and also put bright paint on my face to show that I have a colourful personality, and that I like to have fun as well.  I think I also did a good job with showing this threw my emotion on my face because it's kind of silly.  I was originally going to show me sitting down, looking at my feet to show the shy side of me, but I decided to go for more of a positive aspect of my personality.  The room that I have my white sheet hung up, the light in the room was burnt out so I had to use a work lamp.  It was hard to get the right lighting because it was either too bright or too much of a warm tint to it.  I ended up facing the light away from me and bouncing the light off of the wall in front of me because that worked best to get even lighting around my whole body.  I didn't edit this picture that much, I just increased the brightness a little bit. I didn't have someone else take this image for me, I used my remote for my camera to take this.

This is my reference picture I had for my personality shot.
I wanted to be a photographer so this is what I did for my shoot of someone that I wanted to be.
